With over a decade as an Executive Recruiter, Michael started SourceConnect to build an agency committed to exceeding expectations & providing unparalleled service to our clients & candidates.

In his tenure, Michael has successfully completed more than 150 search assignments for a variety of clients ranging from small privately held companies to private-equity backed businesses to large, publicly traded companies across the US. Successful search engagements include the search & selection of Presidents, COO’s, CFO’s/Controllers, VP’s (Sales & Operations), Regional Sales Managers, GM’s, Plant Managers, and various mid-level roles spanning Engineering (Project, Process & Design), Maintenance, Transportation/Logistics, HR & HSE.

Michael graduated from Drexel University in 2003 with a degree in Business Management & Finance, and earned his Masters from Penn State University. He currently resides in Harleysville, PA with his wife Lauren and their three children.
