With over a fifteen years as an Executive Recruiter, Michael founded SourceConnect with a vision to deliver exceptional service tailored to the unique needs of clients and candidates in the Construction & Industrial Manufacturing industries.  In his tenure, Michael has successfully completed more than 500 search assignments for a variety of clients ranging from small privately held companies to private-equity backed businesses to large, publicly traded companies across the US.

Michael graduated from Drexel University in 2003 with a degree in Business Management & Finance, and earned his Masters of Finance from Penn State University in 2008.  He currently resides in Harleysville, PA with his wife Lauren and their three children.
