With more than 15 years of executive search experience, Michael Hendricks founded SourceConnect in 2018 with a simple mission: to deliver a higher level of service, industry expertise, and long-term partnership to companies seeking exceptional leadership talent.

Michael specializes in executive search for industrial manufacturers and project-based businesses, partnering with privately held, family-owned, private equity-backed, and publicly traded organizations across the United States. His experience spans precision manufacturing, engineered products, contract manufacturing, heavy construction, and other operationally intensive industries where leadership decisions have a direct impact on growth, profitability, and enterprise value.

Throughout his career, Michael has successfully completed more than 600 executive search assignments, recruiting leaders across finance, operations, sales, human resources, engineering, quality and supply chain. He is known for taking a consultative approach to every engagement—developing a deep understanding of each client’s business, culture, and strategic objectives to identify leaders who create lasting impact.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from Drexel University in 2003 and a Master of Finance from Penn State University in 2008. He lives in Harleysville, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Lauren, and their three children.
