With over 15 years of experience as an Executive Recruiter, Michael founded SourceConnect to provide unparalleled service tailored to the unique needs of clients and candidates in the Construction and Industrial Manufacturing sectors. Throughout his career, Michael has completed over 500 successful search assignments for a diverse range of clients, including small privately held businesses, private equity-backed firms, and large publicly traded companies nationwide.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Finance from Drexel University (2003) and a Master of Finance from Penn State University (2008). He lives in Harleysville, PA, with his wife, Lauren, and their three children.
